Every knee shall bow before Jesus

St. Paul said that “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;” (Philippians 2:10)

We know that in heaven where God dwells, all angels worship Him continually. So it appears meaningless that in heaven all knee should bow to God! And if it is meaningful, then there must be some, other than the angels whose knee shall bow down before God. In the article “Gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: – A Mystery. (Eph.1:9,10) and (Colo. 1:19,20)” it was explained that the resting saints in paradise of Old Testament and New Testament who do not know Jesus Christ or the Salvation plan concerning Jesus Christ will be reconciled to God the Father through Jesus Christ and they accept the free salvation and offer their high praises and their knees will bow down before Jesus Christ.

On the earth, the people of the “New Testament Era” who came to know about Jesus Christ and His salvation plan, and who believed and accepted Jesus in their lives, received forgiveness of their sins and they serve Jesus continually and bow down their knees before His presence in prayer. Those who do not know about Jesus Christ in the New Testament era, and those who know but did not believe on Jesus, and those who know and believe on Jesus but do not keep His commandments may not bow down their knees before Jesus in prayer, and pass away from the earth to paradise or hell as explained in the article “Gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: – A Mystery (Eph.1:9,10) and (Colo. 1:19,20).” So they will not come in this category of “On the earth”.

And what about the people under the earth who will bow down their knees before Jesus Christ? We know that hell is situated under the earth. How the people in hell will worship Jesus, who undergo great torment and agony? It is not possible during such situation. If so how these verse will be fulfilled? In the article “Salvation plan of Jesus – 100% or 5% achieved towards mankind?”, under the Hidden Salvation Plan, it was explained how the people in hell are given salvation with exception of some cases! (Gen.6:5,6), (I Peter 3: 18-20) and (I Peter 4:6). So when they were saved after their punishment period in hell would be over, shall bow down their knees before Jesus Christ and worship Him and every tongue will confess His Name and offer their high praises to Jesus.
